Joomla Subscriptions
Members subscriptions are failing, when a renewal or new subscription has been paid for users still cannot access parts of the site.
I have a had the occasional problem lately, where the subscription renewal does not activate, and I have just clicked enable in the subscription section, it’s becoming more of a problem.
Please resolve this so that, new subscriptions and renewals are working correctly.
Ubuntu VMware
Description:
vmware with w2003 server is installed on a dedicated linux box with Ubuntu. After the hard disk got full, vmware would not start again.
Please fix the problem and make a small report explaining what to do if the same problem (disk full) happens again in the future.
Install Viral Inviter
Descriptin:
A problem installing viral inviter that I need help with. I have the database created and when running setup.php I get the error “Problem occured while writing to database parameter file”
For some reason when I click on Save it writes to the database like it is supposed to however the url is adding a folder it shouldn’t instead of staying with the same url.
Here’s an example I run setup from

Joomla Blank Page
Description:
We are using community builder and the registration page. The problem is that when the form is submitted the visitor arrives at a blank white page.
We have upgraded Joomla to the latest version, are using the lastest verion of Community Builder (I Think) and this problem does not occur if you have degug mode set to on. There is a possibility that there may be a conflict with a Joomla forum which shares community builder member data but we are not sure.
Joomla Bug Fixing
Description:
2 Joomla sites that are not displaying properly. I have included screenshots.
First site has a CSS Error. All pages other then the home page will not display properly.
The second site is a VirtuaMart issue. The virtuamart control panel (within the admin panel) is not displaying properly and when you click on a link it gets a 404 error as does not point correctly.

index.php?pshop_mode=admin&page=admin.show_cfg&option=com_virtuemart
So for all you Joomla Experts out there, this should be no more then a 1/2hr job
Re-Write Parts of PHP Site
Description:
1) The page to be re-written is the individual property listing page template for real estate web site. The page displays the information about the property added from the administration control panel.
2) Task is to move two buttons on the page to new locations (closer to top of page above where property photos are located) on the page and retain same simple functionality. Clicking on buttons opens link to url that was added in admin control panel. Will send highly qualified and rated coders links of live examples and graphic showing where buttons on page are to be moved.
3) This change in page does not appear to require major reworking of the code already on the page, just slight reworking of sequence of coding.
Summary: The task is fairly simple. Total time involved should be just several hours. Must be expert in PHP coding. Need coder to sign Non-Disclosure agreement to permit FTP access to server. Have potentially other projects for this client and others.
Website Errors
Description:
I need someone experienced in php to fix website errors (approximately 6 different errors) which I am seeing:
Example: http://—.com/admin/
This website is a duplicate system of another one that I have which is functional so all needed files should be there for you.
This should be a very simple project and I need it done today.
PHP Forms
Description:
I have a PHP request.
When a person submits I need 4 things to happen:
1. An email with its contents of what was filled in goes to an email that I can configure
2. An email goes automatically to the sender (web site visitor) confirming their submission with some sort of message such as “thank you for your submission, we will get back to you in 48 hours.”
3. Display after the submission a Thank you page comes up such as thankyou.html
4. I need it to have some security because using my current PHP script it was hacked/spammed and no longer allowed by the hosting company.
Script Repair
Description:
The Recipe Script is a php/mysql script that needs to be gone through to remove extra files that were created when repairs were made on the original script. I don’t know enough about coding to do this myself.
There is a small design issue “bug” in the right column where the banner overlaps the links.I would like to have a “captcha” or some way to prevent spambots, etc. from entering information in comments and recipes.
When repairs/changes have been made, I would like to have a download of the complete repaired script – not just the files that are supposed to fix the script.
Debug Joomla
Description:
I run a website devoted to helping high school and middle school students with their work in the area of technical theater. I have just migrated the site from the server at godaddy.com over to a new host at hostgator.com.
The website has:
1. a forum
2. a photo gallery using Gallery2
3. community builder
4. FAQ
5. A very good number of existing articles.
6. JCE WYSIWYG editor
At the moment, I am having some troubles with the components, modules, and/or mambots that run some of the above features and I need some help.
is very possible that reinstallation of some of the various components and other background scripts will be needed. as I enjoy learning about the entire process, I’m happy to do some of the uploading/installing work that may be needed.
It is also very possible that I have absolutely no idea what I’m talking about and might just be slightly more involved than I perceive it to be. You will see by my ratings that I’m fair and understanding of my own limited knowledge. If the problem legitimately ends up being much more then a fair and reasonable bid would suggest, then bonuses would certainly be in order.
I am all about finding coders that I wish to create continual relationships with. I prefer to work fast and I like using the chat feature for immediate question/answer/results exchanges.

PHP & MYSQL Fix
Description:
I have transferred a program to another server, and it’s giving me sql errors. Looks like tables need to be created manually, since there is NO cpanel on this host.

bug in perl script
This actually turned out to be how the whole script was created, its was badly done. I managed to find out the exact problem and get this resolved for you buyer. A nice chap to work for.
Description:
You will fix a bug in the script i give you. The script has been working perfectly until recently it had a small bug.
When you look at the code you will see that the perl is rewriting the ’3/31/05′ pubdate as ’4/1/05′ in the html output file. The bug may be happening because script is running on SOLARIS, I am not sure about it.
