We are building a site in oscommerce which aready has a VAT modification as it is selling disability products which are VAT exempt if you are eligible. This modification is already in and working but at the moment prices are shown excluding vat and when you go to the checkout you have to say if you are eligible for VAT exemption and if the answer is No then the VAT is added onto the price.
This modification needs turning the other way round so that all prices are shown including VAT and as you go through to checkout if you are eligible for vat exemption then the VAT is taken off the price.

Firstly, I need to fine someone who can do a little bit of work on a Flash website.
It’s based on a template I downloaded and is very flash animation heavy and consequently a large file, however whilst not ideal for a general public website, it’s fine for our needs where any real audience will be at work in the creative industries, probably on a reasonable high speed connection. I have reached my limited knowledge and experience of Flash (small) but need to continue and add some more photos and some video clips (I have them as mp4/H.264 files). I also think it would benefit from an experienced eye to just look it over and “tidy things up a bit”.

The second site is a VirtuaMart issue. The virtuamart control panel (within the admin panel) is not displaying properly and when you click on a link it gets a 404 error as does not point correctly.
